We have been extremely satisfied with Lisa. First, moving to a different State is very stressful and Lisa took a lot of that stress out of the equation. She also made arrangements for the Interior of the house to be cleaned and sidewalks and driveway to be pressured washed prior to the closing date. During the final walk-through, Lisa noticed the AC was not working correctly and made arrangements to have the problem repaired prior to closing. She is very thorough when it comes to follow up and finalizing everything to the satisfaction of all parties. She comes across as a very caring person, which is one of the reasons she is a successful agent. Lisa helped my son and daughter-in-law when they found a house they wanted to buy. Lisa was an excellent agent. Even better, if possible, when you consider I was 600 miles away. She listened to my desires and accepted a list of properties I had assembled from online sources. She even visited one property on my behalf when time ran short. On my next visit she showed me a property I was ready to accept. As we left she said there was a property nearby she wanted me to see because she thought I'd love it. She was right. It wasn't on my list, but when I saw it from the curb it went to the top of my list. Lisa had listened to what I'd said as we visited properties. That house, which Lisa found for me, met my top 10 desires, except for a view of water. I'm in a house I love now solely because Lisa listened to me as I talked about the house I wanted, and because she searched and found it. Then she walked me through the offer-counteroffer process to get me my ideal house at a great price.

We thought we could get $200k for our house. Lisa weighed the market and thought we could get $240k. 1 week later, we had a contract for $232k! So if you want an optimistic advocate who is also bubbly and ever-available, I strongly recommend getting Lisa on your side.
